Fresh linguine meets its life partner, vongole or clams. The dish is an Italian-American staple, but you’ll find this all over Italy wherever seaside delicacies are enjoyed. Ours is based on the one we grew up with, made by TQ’s dad, Nick. A simple sauce booming with flavor that feels silky, luxurious and homey all at once. Containing garlic, shallots, chile flakes, white wine, parsley, clam cooking liquid, and butter with a touch of Calabrian chile for extra heat.
