Ricotta Gnocchi with Truffle + Melted Leeks

Tender, fluffy ricotta pillows - there’s nothing better -- except for when these pillows are blanketed in a buttery melted leek sauce featuring black truffle + parmesan -- It’s a combination we never tire of. Tender, silky leeks from Michigan are julienned and stewed down with butter, white wine, garlic and olive oil, then mounted with black truffle and grated parm. This is required on all weekend agendas.
