STEP 01

COOK PASTA

Drop your pasta into salted boiling water and cook to al dente. Cook times vary slightly based on noodle shape.

STEP 02

HEAT SAUCE

Warm the sauce over low heat until smooth and marry with the cooked pasta. Bring along 1/4 cup or 1 ladle of pasta water and saute on medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes.

The amount of water depends on the thickness of the sauce and your preferences. Look for the pasta to be well coated. Thicker sauces may need a bit more water to loosen. For example, our vodka sauce is perfection without water while the Cacio e Pepe could probably use a little more than 1/4 cup. If you're unsure, add 1 tbsp at a time. You got this!

CHEESE

Top your pasta with freshly grated parmesan, pecorino, or really anything you like!
