Order Frequency

Select a one-time delivery or subscribe for weekly, biweekly, or monthly shipments. Subscription orders are shipped on Wednesdays for Thursday or Friday delivery. Orders placed Thursdays after 2pm through Sunday will be shipped on Mondays for Tuesday or Wednesday delivery. Your fresh pasta duetto will shipped via overnight delivery (see scheduled above). Refrigerate until you're ready to cook or freeze before the "Use By" date.

Canestri go by a few other names (...Canestri go by a few other names (lumache, pipe rigate) but the translation to "basket" seems to be the most accurate descriptor of these ridged beauties. They have a hollow interior larger than rigatoni, and trap the sauce inside and out. You want to eat these with the most crave-able of accompaniments, which for us is our Vodka sauce. The filling contains veal, parmesan, nutmeg, Sicilian oregano and garlic. For our sauce, we take heirloom (sweet) Jimmy Nardello peppers, smoke them, and then steep them in cream.
