ALL YOU NEED ARE A FEW KITCHEN BASICS TO PREPARE YOUR MEAL. IT'S SIMPLE, WE PROMISE.
READY IN MINUTES
Drop your pasta into salted boiling water and cook to al dente. Cook times vary slightly based on noodle shape.
Reference the Pasta al Dente Guide below.
Warm the sauce over low heat until smooth and marry with the cooked pasta. Bring along 1/4 cup or 1 ladle of pasta water and saute on medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes.
The amount of water depends on the thickness of the sauce and your preferences. Look for the pasta to be well coated. Thicker sauces may need a bit more water to loosen. For example, our vodka sauce is perfection without water while the Cacio e Pepe could probably use a little more than 1/4 cup. If you're unsure, add 1 tbsp at a time. You got this!
Plate your pasta, adding enhancements as desired. Check out our recommendations below.
Top your pasta with freshly grated parmesan, pecorino, or really anything you like!
Fresh herbs like basil, chives or parsley will compliment our sauces well.
Drizzle olive oil or add a knob of butter at the end for extra decadence.
Grind some black pepper over your dish for some added heat.
A fresh squeeze of lemon brightens up any dish for a zesty finish.
Add a simple salad or roasted vegetables to the plate.
Perhaps Italian sausage in the Vodka sauce, meatballs or a beautiful fish to compliment lighter fare.
