Meet our founder
Chef Tony Quartaro’s culinary journey began at age 8 making meatballs and gnocchi at home with his grandmother. You could say that’s when his love for Italian food started to grow roots. Working in award-winning restaurants in San Francisco, NYC, and Chicago, Tony created his vision for Gemma Foods and his desire to bring restaurant quality Italian food to the family dinner table.
