PASTA MAKING 101
ABOUT THE CLASS
Chef TQ will teach you how to make your own fresh pasta dough, create pasta shapes and design seasonal sauces. Each class will include an introduction to handmade pasta making, including the tools and equipment needed, basic ingredients required and general cooking techniques to feel like a chef in your home kitchen.
Enjoy our generous salumi board and your BYOB beverage of choice with your cohort as we introduce you to the art of pasta making.
Classes are BYOB beer or wine. Please refer to our BYOB policy here.
The class will include an educational overview and hands on creation of dough making, including what types of flour to use, how to add colors or patterns, and make shapes and fillings. You will work in teams of 2-3 people.
Feast on your creations and bask in the glory of your handiwork. We'll send you home with any leftovers as well as one of our at home pasta kits that go fridge-to-table in 5 minutes.
